Currumbin Dance Classes For Every Age Group

At CAPA, we offer classes designed to suit each stage of a young dancer's journey. From beginner classes for our youngest dancers to advanced training for teens, each age group has access to specialised classes tailored to their needs and skill levels. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to refine their technique, we have a class that’s perfect for them! Explore the options in each age group to find the right fit, and let’s start dancing!

TINY TOTS (2.5-4yrs)

Tiny Tots classes are a delightful introduction to dance, where our youngest dancers explore movement, rhythm, and fun in a nurturing environment.

MINI (4.5-6yrs)

Mini dancers enjoy playful classes that build coordination, creativity, and confidence through foundational dance exercises and games.

PETITE (7-8 years)

Petite classes offer young dancers the chance to develop technique and learn simple routines, encouraging growth in balance and focus.

JUNIOR (8-9 years)

Junior dancers work on their precision, rhythm, and teamwork as they learn age-appropriate choreography and deepen their love for dance.

INTERMEDIATE (10-12 years)

Intermediate dancers focus on building strength and flexibility, learning new techniques, and mastering more intricate choreography.

PRE-SENIOR (12-14 years)

Pre-Senior classes prepare dancers for advanced levels by introducing more challenging routines and refining their technique and expression.

Our Age Guidelines

Tiny Tots: 2.5-4yrs Intermediate: 10-12yrs

Mini: 4.5-6yrs Pre- Senior: 12-14yrs

Petite: 7-8yrs Senior: 14+ Years

Junior: 8-9yrs

HILLCREST CHRISTIAN COLLEGE?

Did you know Hillcrest Christian College offers a bus service with a stop right outside our Currumbin campus?

We understand that afternoon traffic and the after-school rush can be a challenge, so we’re excited to share this hassle-free option to get your child to our Currumbin Studio.

The Hillcrest bus drops students directly outside CAPA’s Currumbin studio between 3:45 pm and 4:00 pm, making your afternoons a little smoother.
