ACROBATICS
Welcome to our exciting Aerial and Acrobatics programs, designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence while nurturing every performer’s creativity. Whether you’re just starting your acrobatic journey or mastering advanced aerial and tumbling skills, our classes provide a safe, supportive, and dynamic environment. From silks and lyra to tumbling and acrobatics, each program focuses on developing technique, body control, and performance quality—empowering students to grow, challenge themselves, and reach new heights.
-
Our Aerial program combines strength, flexibility and creativity as students learn to perform in the air using aerial silks and the lyra (aerial hoop).
Students will develop:
Strength and body control
Confidence and coordination
Creative movement and performance skills
For safety and proper skill development, aerial classes are structured by level rather than age alone. We recommend students begin in the class that best matches their age group, and our teachers will assess their ability and place them in the most appropriate level as they progress.
Safety and technique are a priority in aerial training, and students will gradually build the strength and skills required to safely progress through the program.
-
